Beautiful is

Not in camouflage. It’s in standing out, even when you’re down.

Beautiful is

Keeping your focus when it feels like you’re walking through a fog.

Beautiful is

Reaching above and beyond.

Beautiful is

Below the surface.

Beautiful is

Secrets between friends.

*Why yes, I did take all of these pictures myself. And I am quite proud of the fish photo, taken in low lighting with NO FLASH! ON MANUAL MODE!! ‘toot toot’

    I actually take all of my photos in manual mode, unless I’m in a real pinch with no time for adjusting settings. But the fish one made me the most proud because I didn’t enable the flash and got a pretty good shot in a not-very-well-lit space. =) I am still learning, though.
